With over fifteen years of comprehensive experience in real estate/property management, construction management, sales, and business management, Jeffrey Mills has become a cornerstone in the establishment and growth of Extreme Roofing Solutions (ERS). His journey through the realm of property management saw him at the helm of operations for over 50 manufactured housing communities across the eastern coast of the United States, mastering every facet from financial management to commercial property development. This extensive background laid the foundation for his recent roles, including a pivotal position as VP of Risk Management and Human Resources with a leading roofing contractor, before venturing into entrepreneurship alongside his business partner, David Woelper, to co-found ERS.

David Woelper - co-Founder

David's distinguished seventeen year journey in the general contracting and roofing industry has culminated in the foundation of Extreme Roofing Solutions (ERS), where his vast experience—from owning a general contracting and roofing company to pivotal roles in sales, project management, and operations—guides the firm's direction. His recent years in Florida have sharpened his focus on roofing, setting the stage for his tenure as VP of Operations at a prominent multi-state company before co-founding Extreme Roofing Solutions alongside his business partner, Jeffrey Mills.

At ERS, David orchestrates all operations, from onboarding new contractors, partners and team members to overseeing clients’ projects, embodying the core of the company's activities.
